Exchange Policy – Mirqab Store

Thank you for trusting Mirqab.
At Mirqab, we care about customer satisfaction and aim to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience. For this reason, we provide a clear exchange policy in line with the Omani Consumer Protection Law.


📅 Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date the watch is received, subject to the conditions below.


✅ Exchange Conditions

The watch must be in its original condition, unused, free from scratches or damage, and the protective stickers must not have been removed.

All original accessories must be included, such as the box, booklets, warranty, invoice, and any other included items.

A proof of purchase, such as the invoice or order number, must be provided when submitting the request.

Watches that have had the bracelet resized, engraved, or customized at the customer’s request cannot be exchanged.

If there is a manufacturing defect, the product will be inspected by the Mirqab team or the authorized party before the exchange is approved.


📦 How to Request an Exchange

Customers can request an exchange in one of two ways:

Through the exchange request page on the Mirqab website.

Or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp through the customer service number.

After receiving the request, the Mirqab team will contact the customer to confirm the details and arrange the exchange through the shipping company.


🚚 Shipping and Costs

Mirqab covers the shipping cost if the customer meets the exchange conditions.


⚠️ Important Notes

Exchange requests will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.

Mirqab reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.

This exchange policy is not a warranty. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms of the brand’s official authorized distributor.
